point Product preparation and mixing.

For the first phases of the production procedure of fruit juices and soft drinks, Pietribiasi Michelangelo S.r.l. provides customers with the syrup room and mix preparation, a plant in which the base of the soft drink is prepared, mainly composed of sugar, powders, concentrates, water and other ingredients based on the recipe of the end product.
All these ingredients are measured into specific tanks to mix and prepare the soft drink.


point The pasteurization of fruit juices and soft drinks.

To make a microbiological stabilization and to be able to store these liquid products in time, the company manufactures pasteurization plants with free-flow plate heat exchangers (with plates dedicated to the pasteurization of soft drinks with pieces and/or fibre up to 2 millimetres by 5 millimetres) or tubular.
This phase of the procedure is needed to avoid the formation of mould or the product acidifying (especially in fruit juices that contain fruit).

point Homogenization, degassing and deodorization.

Customers can connect other machines to the pasteurization plants as homogenizers, degassers and deodorizers.
Regarding the ingredients and the type of processing and product, the degasser and deodorizer remove air and unpleasant smells, therefore increasing the quality of the drink. The company also has a homogenizer in the abrasive version, chilled water plant and steam generator among its accessories.

point Sterilization and UHT treatment plant.

Ultra-High Temperature heat treatment, just as for milk, enables the product to keep without adding preservatives. The temperature and duration of this procedure vary according to the fruit used and the acidity of the product.
Pietribiasi Michelangelo S.r.l. designs and manufactures customized sterilization and UHT treatment plants to increase the preservation of fruit juices and soft drinks also out of the fridge.


point For the production of fizzy drinks.

The company also supplies premix and carbonation units (that is carried out by injected carbon dioxide) for the production of fizzy drinks-CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks).
Single wall or isolated storage tanks are available, also in the ultra-clean and CIP washing version.
